How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit the pricing page and request a call — our team activates your plan within the same day.
Why is my listing not visible?
Check that it's marked Active in your dashboard. Listings also go stale after 30 days — use the Refresh button to bump them back up.
How do I report a fake or spam listing?
Use the Report a problem form on any listing, or email us directly.
Can I change my contact details after posting?
Yes — go to Dashboard → Your listing → Edit. Changes take effect immediately.
How do locality alerts work?
Go to Dashboard → Alerts, set your criteria, and we\'ll email you when matching properties go live.
